Minuscule: The Private Life of Insects by Fingerprint is a children’s racing game that follows the life of a mischievous ladybug, an angry fly and an army of ants! It teaches children about all kinds of insects while they race from world to world in this stunning little game! Bees, grasshoppers, butterflies, dragonflies, spiders, ants and flies – they’ll discover more bugs than they ever have before!
When playing Minuscule: The Private Life of Insects, you are the ladybug. Your goal is to tease the flies. What a perfect goal, seeing as every child likes to tease! To tease the fly, touch the music note at the bottom left hand side of your screen. To fly up high (near the sky), touch and keep your finger at the top of the screen. To fly down by the grass, let go. Grab the bees’ fruits to go faster and get rid of the fly! Bees will also give you coins. Coins can be used to buy items from the store. When you see the spider, you’ll know it’s the end of the race. While flying through each race, avoid butterflies. They will slow you down. You can stun the fly by using the swatter located at the bottom left hand side of your screen. You can earn tickets through competition, freestyle and fan by things like getting 24 rings in the meadow, reading all the bug descriptions or just finishing a race!
Minuscule: The Private Life of Insects is played level by level. Even though it’s a children’s app, each level does get progressively harder. With that being said, it’s not out of reach. New bug combinations are added in every level, challenging your little one while showing them all kinds of insects! There are four different worlds: Meadow, Kitchen, Forest and Basement. Each world has eight levels. That’s 32 total levels, which is a decent amount, but won’t take them too long to get through. Minuscule: The Private Life of Insects’ graphics are so sharp; they make it hard to take your eyes off the game! The animation is created in perfection! Minuscule: The Private Life of Insects is a flawless little app. It’s a must have for anyone with a preschooler for sure!
