Following its release in the App Store yesterday, on April 23, Haunted Hollow is no longer available to download. According to the application’s developer, the app was released accidentally and will return – for good, we hope! – on May 2, 2013.
My colleague Aldrin was impressed when he started playing Firaxis Games‘ free strategy game yesterday morning. Though before I had chance to download the title myself, the application had mysteriously disappeared from the U.S. App Store.
TUAW reached out to 2K, the app’s distributor, who confirmed that Haunted Hollow had been released accidentally, and will be returning to the App Store on May 2.
If you didn’t manage to download Haunted Hollow following its accidental release, you’ll unfortunately have to wait a short while before the app is available once again. We’ll be sure to let you know once it reappears in the App Store.

Question by quatre707: How do I uninstall an iPhone application? (from app store)?
I downloaded the free iPhone application “Where” from the iTunes App store and it does not work correctly (same for everyone who has downloaded it),
I’d like to know how to uninstall this, and numerous applications and games i’ve downloaded since updating to iPhone 2.0. Can’t find it in the general settings anywhere…
Answer by Miss Sis a Wis When you customize your home screen-when u hold down on an app and they all start to jiggle- there is a little “x” that pops up by the new apps- click that and it will ask you if u want to delete it. After that though you need to uncheck those apps before you plug your Ipod into iTunes because it will just install them again.
To do this go to the Summary Page that pops up when your Ipod is plugged in and along the top and click “Applications” and unclick the ones you don’t won’t BEFORE plugging your Ipod in.
